What I do as a Project Manager:
I manage projects across multiple domains, leveraging Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver optimal results. My expertise includes:
- Successfully delivering large-scale projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations. Managing all project phases from scope definition and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, consistently on time and within budget.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Addressing concerns and aligning project objectives with business needs.
- Leading cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Ensuring that team members have the necessary resources and support to meet project goals and providing mentorship to junior staff to encourage professional growth.
- Proactively identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing contingency plans to address challenges such as scope changes, resource constraints, and technical issues.

My mission is to provide excellent service to my clients and customers.
- Actively monitoring deficiencies in suites and producing work orders as required.
- Coordinating and supervising repair and preventative maintenance to properties.
- Investigating, following up and keeping an accurate record of repairs and preventative maintenance to properties.
- Reviewing and approving the invoices for payment to contractors for services appropriately completed.
- Conducting unit inspections and creating thorough inspection reports for move-outs, move-ins, and quarterly routine inspections.
- Collecting rents and chargebacks and maintaining accurate record keeping.
- Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Developing positive and trusting relationships with customers by addressing individual needs
- Ensuring that all suites are ready to be rented condition as soon as possible.
- Staying up to date on market trends and property values to best assist clients
- Showing the properties to the prospective tenants, conducting open houses, negotiating the final prices, and drafting sales contracts.
- Maintaining and updating records and databases such as residents’ information, trades’ list, service agreements, contract summaries, site information, liens’ list, etc.
- Providing exceptional service and solutions to enhance the value of the property and lifestyle of the residents in the community.
