What I do as a Property Manager:
My mission is to provide excellent service to my clients and customers.
- Actively monitoring deficiencies in suites and producing work orders as required.
- Coordinating and supervising repair and preventative maintenance to properties.
- Investigating, following up and keeping an accurate record of repairs and preventative maintenance to properties.
- Reviewing and approving the invoices for payment to contractors for services appropriately completed.
- Conducting unit inspections and creating thorough inspection reports for move-outs, move-ins, and quarterly routine inspections.
- Collecting rents and chargebacks and maintaining accurate record keeping.
- Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Developing positive and trusting relationships with customers by addressing individual needs
- Ensuring that all suites are ready to be rented condition as soon as possible.
- Staying up to date on market trends and property values to best assist clients
- Showing the properties to the prospective tenants, conducting open houses, negotiating the final prices, and drafting sales contracts.
- Maintaining and updating records and databases such as residents’ information, trades’ list, service agreements, contract summaries, site information, liens’ list, etc.
- Providing exceptional service and solutions to enhance the value of the property and lifestyle of the residents in the community.
